The furniture has a nice design, but that's where all the positives end. My chair is a total shunt. It's not something for a few hundred, but luxurious overpriced furniture. Nevertheless, a chair for more than 50 thousand. CZK started to creak unpleasantly after the end of the warranty and subsequently fell off the stand. I had the whole skeleton replaced for an absurd 16 thousand CZK, it worked for a year, but then it started creaking again. The color from the leather began to go away over a large area. I waited several months for the price of the new leather. I paid 13 thousand. CZK (!) For upholstering only a part of the chair - the backrest. The service technician designated by them delivered back with, in my opinion, a horrible scratch on the visible side (see the attached photo). I complained, the service technician only replied after 6 months of urgency that this company had rejected him. So I turned directly to their headquarters - they say they will discuss in Italy. They did not respond for another 6 months, despite the urgency. I consider the peak of arrogance on their part that after the publication of the review, their lawyer threatens me with criminal reports and lawsuits. I definitely warn against shopping at this company.

Tragic action after buying a leather sofa, which after three weeks seated seat and cover is loose and plandajici.pominu if it is such a fault at all occurs in such a short time, the worst is the inability to solve the problem adequately quickly. Complaints lasting 3 months is still unresolved, first waiting for a part, when the part after 2 months arrived, we are waiting for a technician to make a replacement.technik still not arrived, once it has the power and the whole republic in charge, a second time rymu.Silena communication and the inability to resolve anything is sad and totally inadequate due to the delight of the premier society as a whole.

Absolutely crazy experience. A seat for several tens of thousands of crowns. Delivery time over two months and when the seat was finally in stock in Libuš, so they asked for transport within Prague for 1450 CZK. So we arranged our own pick-up. But no one was in the warehouse at the agreed time. After a phone call, the owner Jan Vesely said he would arrive in 15 minutes. He arrived in an hour and when we objected that he was late, he told us that we could be happy that he had come. Incredible approach. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We ordered a sofa to transport home. Everything went without problems. In the agreed term, time. The technician helped carry the sofa to 4 floors. We're excited about it. . . is perfect! As for the price of transport, so this amount, considering the price of the sofa, comes normal ... we counted with her. We have already agreed to buy a bed from them in the spring.
