I bought a Ballarini pan here in November 2018. A year and a half later the non-stick surface had begun to peel off, even though I never used metal utensils or a dishwasher on it. I returned to find the same saleslady, who sent my pan back to the manufacturer and got me a brand new one in less than 2 weeks. Her customer service was friendly, helpful, and sympathetic. I was amazed at how easy it was and how she kept in contact with me in English no less. Veronika P. deserves a big raise! Děkuju Veronika 👏🏼
