Good quality kitchen at reasonable price. The manager of showroom was helpful and professional. Delivery and installation of kitchen was well done and as they promise. Highly recommended.

Awful service and quality. Problems are not being solved. Wholes in kitchen that costs 107'000 and to cover them, Oresi is asking me for more money. Oven does not work and Oresi solution is asking me to contact Candy repair center by myself. Once Oresi takes your money you can forget about them, they forget their obligations at the same moment.

Had 5 starts until kitchen installation process started. For 3 times Oresi came to my house and left without job completed. Not because kitchen is complicated or due to unforeseen situation, but because the internal processes do not work well. Information is lost, wrong or incomplete schematics are use/sent to contractors, complains are filled but then they just fix some out of several issues. (List of issues never changed, always the same since beginning) In total there is already 3.5 months delay, and I have other work depending on this to be completed. People are kind and final product promises to be good (although since December I have pieces of the kitchen hold by scotch). But this approach is very painful, as we had to move in without kitchen, and all the problems are _only_ accountable to Oresi. I had a meeting to explain this issue to the manager yesterday, before posting this here.

The helpful lady at the proposal came out to meet us. And especially the price is very good.
