After ordering the goods, you will receive a confirmation and then you are just waiting and waiting .. After a week of waiting, you will call their line where the operator will see that you really ordered but with peace of mind (while still waiting for the goods that should have been delivered) feel free to reply that the goods will be in the next 14 days .. You advertise false information about the delivery date and the telephone line staff is only able to stutter into the phone as an excuse than to find a suitable solution for the customer!

AJ products excellent service. We ordered goods from an external warehouse and needed it for a while. The absolute top in communication - the infoline really worked for the number one. both by email and by phone, I finally received the goods on time, including the invoice. I can only recommend. :-)

I have very good experience with AJ products. I ordered outdoor clocks, which I had to complain about, and as a replacement, new ones were delivered to me, once so expensive. Few such companies. Hats off. IN P.

The goods do not conform to the quality. The complaint was resolved within weeks and by way of handing over the spare part to repair the purchased cabinet. If I have to assemble something myself, I will not order the assembled piece. This was crucial for my choice. Not recommended.
