The lady in the store explained everything to me professionally and willingly answered all my questions. She paid full attention to me throughout the testing of various chairs. The possibility of trying a chair at a table with an adjustable height according to the table at which one plans to sit is also excellent.

Very helpful staff both at the store, where I could try a few chairs and ask questions, and later with assistance over the phone when I assembled the chair. I bought a RIM Flexi chair and I am very satisfied with it after two months of use.
