Satisfied I got the care and information I needed

Emergency here means that Dr. will arrive at the surgery within an hour .. Absolutely unprofessional for me, but at least someone picks up the phone. Other emergency departments do not take phones. Quite a sad situation in Ostrava.

They always helped and correctly. He understands small animals (even if it is a 50kd dog). Hat down for caring for cats and dogs. ZV

I am very satisfied, real professionals, amazing approach. It's been exactly a week since I ran in at 9 pm with my guinea pig with a tumor. He is now a few days after the operation, he is snorting happily, he is recovering quickly. I am very happy for the great care and thank you very much to Mr. Jan Nytra and a very nice, helpful veterinarian !!!! For me it was over, but I have a bayon at home satisfied and happy again :)))). They helped me in the past with a cat, they were never wrong in anything and I would never change :). Although someone is cursing the price here, I know more expensive veterinarians who do not understand their work very well. And yet it is not possible to replace a pet. Thank you very much again:)
