Fees for changing seem to insert coins is the last! Fees are getting more and more expensive and the services are getting worse. Since I prefer to switch to one of the numerous providers with no fees with a free account! In addition, in the past you were greeted by name in the branch, today you are first asked if you are a customer of the bank ..... Very weak and a trend in the wrong direction
