Immobilienservice Gloe

Hello, Rating refers to the management and brokerage offer of the real estate service Gloe of what is presumably a property owned by the real estate service Gloe (rental property in Lieth, Schleswig-Holstein). The apartment was brokered as upscale furnishings in a first-class location and the mediation conversation was initiated and conducted very thoroughly and very positively by Mr. Meggers. The conversation was convincing, even if the property did not quite match that at first glance and inspection, it was also advertised with very affordable district heating. For me, the location (near the autobahn) and location-specific were decisive. In the course of the rental period (rental contract 2 years, now around 1.5 years), there are significant deficiencies in the balance sheet, where I would like to point out - that here is also very well concealed. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether it is suspected misinformation. - Telephone connection took 4 months - Mr Meggers always tried hard and had also taken over the mediation, but I had to take remedial action as a tenant in the meantime (object was advertised as digitally connected - i.e. existing telephone line) - The remedy was an LTE system at your own expense - Waste disposal had to be initiated by me as the tenant in a way that was suitable for renting / renting. This happened relatively quickly (4 weeks) - The property was rented as an apartment with walls - it turned out that at least one wall consisted only of plaster of paris outside wall, which was clad with wood. Mr. Meggers always tried to portray this as wrong - Heating costs for 80sqm at € 120 per month are cheap in the district heating supply from the Heide refinery (I don't know - since I've lived in a few apartments in the meantime, I find it very high and, in addition, the heat in the apartment is only at a maximum of 21 Degree - this represents the minimum for rent reduction reasons) - Rent deficiencies are only addressed by "threatening legal consequences" The real estate service is probably very suitable for landlords, as the employees always try to get the maximum out of it (therefore 2 stars). Personally, I don't think it's wrong in the capitalist system - but as a tenant, I would recommend carefully checking the regulations and getting good legal protection insurance.

I sold my property in the shortest possible time and made only positive experiences with the real estate service Gloe. From the competent expert advice, the expert assessment and the friendly care to the super fast sale; absolutely great !!! I can only recommend to anyone !!! Thank you Fa. Gloe :-)

We would like to give more stars for such great care by Mr. Meggers! We moved from East Friesland to Wesselburen and had an extremely tight time window for buying a house. Thanks to the great support, everything went smoothly and we are now very happy in Dithmarschen!
