Most of the staff are friendly and straightforward. Service sometimes with a loving North German Kodderschnauze. I can handle it well, that's okay with me. My advisor Mr. Ö. takes care of my affairs reliably and competently, advises me on credit and money saving. I don't do anything online, even though my advisor and the counter keep talking about it. I prefer to go to the branch, technology is stress for me. I'm already glad that I can manage this recession. But there is always help there.
