The branch is the biggest joke. The machines are constantly broken and the employees shouldn't be confronted with questions. Rude and apparently don't feel like the job.

Rude, rude, Commerzbank Bad Schwartau. Service is a foreign language and the motto of the employee refusing to work until this branch is also rationalized. I could not open an account, should make an appointment first, even though the employees were free and apparently bored. I would have had to take my printed application form with me and I would have needed a confirmation of registration as the legitimation. I just opened the account with the app online. Without all of that, just with my ID. Why is there no supervisor who throws out such rude reputation-damaging fellow workers?
