At the beginning we were very enthusiastic about the friendly and uncomplicated advice. However, when there were inconsistencies after the contract was concluded, mails were no longer answered and over the phone people were told several times that they "took care" of it. Weeks later, you call the customer service yourself to find out: "Unfortunately, nothing was ever asked for here." From now on I prefer to do everything myself!

Although skeptical at first, because when I signed a client advisor's contract I took out life insurance, which I was not told and did not want to do. The immediate call back to my emails, calls, the competent advice from Ms. Kessler can only be rated with the highest score. If I can't deal with online banking, she is immediately available to help me to this day.
