So miserable when it comes to the bank. Constantly defective machines and in the evening it is just a drinker's club. Every smoking bar smells more pleasant.

If you want to invest money or want to apply for a loan, forget about this bank. In the case of a loan application, you will already see in the first conversation that the documents you submitted previously were not read at all - whether out of disinterest in the customer or out of laziness remains a mystery. A sentence like "In the first year you don't earn much as a self-employed person, of course." In Wealth Management, this means "If the store does not generate substantial profits (for us) in six months, we are on the mat." It is sold as "good customer service". Do not trust this bank and this wealth management - inhuman, aloof, unfair. Commerzbank - the bank by your side? Rather: Commerzbank, the bank where I suffer!

Just as bad as all other branches, cannot be reached by phone and no clerk can be called personally, just endless queues with stupid questions
