I bought dry food for my puppy there. Unfortunately I only found out at home that the food was completely moldy. Since I no longer had the receipt, Frau Tiedemann's sack was no longer exchanged and of course I didn't get any money back either. Today I made a second attempt there to quickly get something for my dogs. Again I met the staff, especially Ms. Tiedemann, absolutely rude. The store saw me for the last time.

Very nice and well-arranged branch. The employees are always helpful and competent. And our fur nose is always extremely satisfied with the offer.

The construction of the shop is a bit uncomfortable ... but the staff is very nice ... advice good ... and Theo's favorite crispy sticks are always in stock ...
