Snippy comments during the first contact like "... you already know how much the rent is? ... we really don't need it. You can trust me, dear lady.
If the appointment was canceled by telephone, then again snappy remarks from this woman according to the motto "Great, making appointments now with Corona is so difficult ... blah" no thanks for the information or the like.
We don't need such brokers.

You will be given competent and friendly advice / "supervised" there.
The house sale was carried out to our complete satisfaction.

Unfortunately, this broker does not even bother to respond to inquiries via real estate scout or by email. After 3 working days I still haven't received a response, unfortunately I find it very unprofessional and disappointing. You don't know that from good brokers.

A real shame. It took a long time for the agent to respond to my request to view the property. I had to ask twice beforehand.
Viewing was absolutely fine. I submitted a written offer to the agent on the same day.
Except for the read confirmation, there was no response. Even when asked again, no response.
That's not how a professional broker works.
