Simply, because many people confuse this company with Joachim Olschewski's and so the cut is unfairly pulled down. Also, most customers don't bother to rate a company they are happy with.

This judgment is very positive, because Mr. Olschewski is personally and committed to the interests of the community of owners. For five years we have enjoyed the care of the property management Olschewski and can only recommend it. Technically competent, binding in dealing and with a commitment to the owner community that goes far beyond the expected standard.
