Be careful with the ancillary cost statement, it is incorrectly processed. Inspection is only granted on site, so a detailed inspection is only possible with a lot of effort. It is best to stay away completely, but not everyone can afford it, so always keep an eye on the numbers on the counters. Service rude and disrespectful, even if you try to establish a friendly conversation. Always have necessary repairs ready in writing with proof, these will be billed to you when you move out with the claim that you did not report yourself and caused the damage yourself (experience of a friend who also moved into apartments there) Bankruptcy would be an improvement for general wellbeing

Dubious, incompetent and extremely unfriendly! We moved into a newly renovated apartment, which was all good and beautiful at first. But already in the first winter the apartment started to mold on almost every outside wall. After several emails and phone calls, someone came by and removed the mold. Then in the spring the wallpaper began to peel off the wall in the whole apartment, this was fixed, but in a catastrophic way (wallpaper torn and instead of normal paint the wall shines in the places where it was painted over). The problem with the mold came up again and again as soon as it got a little colder outside, nothing was done about it except that the blame was put on the tenant and it was said that it definitely cannot be due to the ancient house. Inquiries or complaints are usually not answered at all or very late.

So I'll start like this ... During the tour, everything was very harmonious and relaxed. First minus point: is that you have to pay € 40 for the signing of the lease and that although the apartment is from your own portfolio. Then the next minus point: concerns the equipment of the house is old building to maintain is a design thing yes it is clean there is another thing is that a built in 1978 water heater (on gas) and in the living room a gas wall heater and in the bathroom a heater Has! is something like this still and up to date and well maintained?!. When moving out, please make sure that NOT IN WHITE, BUT IN OLD WAY is deleted otherwise nothing is back with rent security.

We applied for an apartment there. Information on the status of the application was only available on request, although we were assured after viewing the apartment that we would be contacted within 2 days. Unfortunately, the real estate agent didn't make a particularly competent impression either, as you had to pull all the information about the apartment out of her nose.
