Primarily I didn't leave a comment. No direct handover with the landlady. The "handover officer" constantly showed the highest level of unreliability, especially on the day of the handover, so that the case last landed with my lawyer, and it was worth it. Your answer corresponds to the above evaluation. It was all about voluntary non-contractual services on my part, which you still tried to manipulate for an extra couple of euros. A provider with a moral standard would be perfectly adequate for all customers.
