Wrote to Bubimex France and Germany on two occasions. Wrote to head office in Spain and Germany, 10th October zero reply. Wrote on social media Facebook via messenger, 19th October no reply. Zero customer service for a company that makes products not fit for purpose. Reporting to the consumer's association as these products should be withdrawn from the market.
Company does not reply to email nor on social media.
They sell expensive dog toy products that are destroyed in hours.
An 8.5kg teckle dog destroyed a toy within 2 hours and Teckle's are not ferocious.
If you advertise a job and people apply for it, it would be a good idea to get in touch! Here, applications are simply ignored without any feedback! Incomprehensible
