Due to the upcoming move, I had serious problems with my existing Unitymedia Vodafone contract. My customer requests were not taken into account either on the Internet or on the telephone hotline. I've heard a lot of good things from Leo Wies. Then I read the slogan “Simply better advice” at the shop. With this sentence I then opened my customer request. Everything that was supposedly not possible before was made possible by Leo Wies and his friendly staff. Here, not sales, but customer satisfaction comes first. The Erler Handy Shop didn't generate any sales for me with its efforts - but it made me satisfied. There are not only good sayings on the shop window, simply better advice is also lived here! It's always nice for me to get to know such SERVICE PROVIDERS. Great!!!
