He even recommended me an article that was a little cheaper than what I ordered earlier, which shows me that it is really a matter close to his heart to provide the right information. Ordered 2x article that was rejected twice. Reason: "The desired method of payment or shipping is not possible ..." via. PayPal has already received the money and a shipping method cannot be selected. Neither accessible by telephone, nor do you feel compelled to answer emails or direct contact form inquiries yourself.
