25 minutes waiting loop, Expulsion New queue -> Another 25 minutes! Then -> unfriendly and dissatisfied employees, bureaucrats stop. The citizens are trying to get rid of them! This city is ridiculous! Do you actually work or what are you doing there ?!

I can only advise each of you to try to avoid going there! It can happen to you very quickly that you can no longer see your child! Regardless of whether floor three or on the ground floor, it is arbitrarily decided! We won't help you, your child will be taken away. My clerk has known the child's father privately for a few years and I haven't seen my child in weeks. I couldn't even congratulate her on her birthday! The only concern is that the bond between mother and child is destroyed. It is not answered on the phone but rather coffee with the employees. You will be lied directly in the face even by the management, because the clerk is sick and a day later you hear from this clerk that she was on vacation! Vacation and being sick is a big difference !!!

What the clerks can afford here is now underground! No emails will be answered, no calls will be answered !!! I really wonder why we parents have to deal with such inept staff ??? I haven't seen my child for six weeks! And if it were up to my assistant Mrs. Beer, I would not have seen my child since February! I only owe my daughter's legal counsel to see my daughter! Why is something allowed to work there? You tear families apart where there is no child risk !!! And if there are mothers like me who open their mouths loudly, like me, then the social psychological service will be roused on your neck, who are there to get you into psychiatry!

They are real, clearly rude and unfriendly! I just asked for the information, I felt like I hit the employee! Not asked! He was totally grumpy, do not know why. This is the second time. 😑 Next to these buildings are the AWO and they are really the opposite! Very friendly and helpful! 🤷♂️
