WOW. How bad and unprofessional is this business. Not even the decency of a Reply after making 4 or 5 international calls requesting a Letter to be drafted and sent. I have run professional businesses here in Australia for over 20 years. It takes 2 mins to be polite and decent in a response to a potential client. Care and Decency of communication is what We all should expect. My suggestion would be to find a Professional Family Lawyer as your broken relationships deserve 100 percent care and attention.
