I would love to give no star or even minus stars. I can't say anything about the processing yet, but 100% of the staff pissed off a lot of customers, how can you be so outrageous and unfriendly while you earn money from the customer, and you don't get any advice or more detailed information! I would advise anyone to go no matter where, but the contact point doesn't work at all .. let this elderly lady cancel !!!!

It would be best not to give a star at all because the lady (short blonde hair with glasses) doesn't deserve a star at all! So rude! And grumpy! I wasn't even allowed to say what I wanted to buy at all, although I was sure that I would get it from Kroschke because I had also ordered the mini license plates beforehand. You can tell that she is not in the mood for her job and also does not feel like the customers! Of course, like every time Kroschke HUCKARDE knew what I wanted and was immediately helpful, super nice and customer-friendly.

I just wanted to use the Kroschke approval service, but was turned down unfriendly with great amazement. Apparently it is not possible to accept a customer on a Friday. Really sad that there is something unfriendly and arrogant in customer reception. Absolutely not to be recommended.

We used this registration service to register our new car a few days ago. The car was registered within one (!) Day. The whole thing cost 113 €. There is nothing to complain about! We had to wait a little on site, that's nothing special. But we were very happy that we can even allow a car at this speed in the current situation. The cities' car offices have partially closed and you cannot get an appointment within a time horizon of weeks. Therefore, we are very grateful that this service exists and that we can use it.
