I had to renew my driver's license. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Corona measures are implemented very well.

We have been waiting for our notification for almost 3 MONTHS. And I'm afraid it will take longer. Letters sometimes take 2 or more weeks to arrive at us, only stupid if you want to have clarity as a family .....

Very nice staff there don't help long wait

I was bitterly disappointed when I found out that my post hadn't arrived. Didn't want to believe it. After an email I sent, I also got an answer. The post office sent my letter back, it was not sufficiently franked. My fault, and therefore again to the staff of the housing allowance, thank you for taking care of it. Everyone was nice and accommodating to me, even though I was so upset. thank you
