Completely unused department. Opened from 7AM to 12AM. Additionally they don't support foreginers through the phone. I spoke with some German women, that I am foreigner and my German could be weak, so could we speak in English? - "NUR DEUTSCH!" I said, "OK, Ordnung muss sein". The woman with who I spoke with was rude and nasty. I asked her, that could she repeat again the next free appointment date via Internet. Because for me was unbelievable that next free appiontment date was on 5th February. Then I asked her, what are the oppening hours today. She replied in very nasty tone "please visit website" in German and throw the phone without any word like: "Tschus", "Aufwiedersehen" now just ordinary throw the phone..... Very very unhelpful attitude. Completely rude, nasty, naughty. I have a recorded calls, probably I will upload this on youtube, how the German clerk is working with applicants. Absolutely unacceptable state of mind, this woman should be immediately fired !!!!!

I was impressed with how quickly it worked. Called this morning at 7:00 a.m. for an appointment at 8:30 a.m. The staff at both the registration office and the security staff were extremely nice and helpful. In 10 minutes everything was done. Many thanks
