Called in the morning to clarify some questions about a test, but the employee was not able to give me any helpful information on my questions. After the second "I don't know" I was told to go to my doctor for information. The staff was by no means unfriendly, and I only had experiences with the Dortmund health department by telephone, but no help can be expected here. Miserable.

You can hardly get through on the phone and when you have someone on the phone, they don't know much what to do. The school told me that the health department would contact me by phone, now I've been waiting for the call for a day. I don't know now whether I can go back to work despite the negative Corona test. I work as a school companion. If you rely on the health department you are left.

A colleague who tested positive told me that I had to go into quarantine. There was no response to an email request asking for the quarantine certificate to be sent, nor to the request made when calling the hotline. I can understand if people don't go into quarantine

Very friendly employees, even now in the Corona crisis! Even after the tenth question, Ms. R. was not annoyed on the phone and I felt that I was in very good hands. All questions were answered clearly. So I can't understand the bad reviews ;-)

For 12 days now I've been positive and get no help from the office ... even if you call you are only put off even though you only want a quarantine certificate for yourself and your wife and get more and more problems as a result ... THANK YOU
