Waited a long time on hold and then just hung up. An indictment!
Thursday morning everything you need to register for the car handed in & everything picked up on Friday afternoon. Very nice employees who take their time and explain things 5 times if necessary. In unclear cases, for example because of the evB number, they even call the city, so that everything goes smoothly! Really worth gold in times of Corona! I think that's the best thing you can do outside of Corona too! It saves you waiting and running back and forth! Really recommend.
Came for free despite call, wrong license plate was printed. Okay, mistakes can happen. However, on Friday I was promised that I could pick it up the following Monday and be informed by phone. Unfortunately no call, instead I heard the busy signal 100 times and spent 1 hour on hold without success.
On Tuesday morning I was lucky, this time everything was there, unfortunately there was no excuse. That was definitely my last contact with this company!
Extremely rude employees, unreliable drivers. If at all only reachable by phone after a very long waiting time, however, proper information is not to be expected. After the registration of our second vehicle went wrong again, never again with this company.
You can save yourself a contact or a call after placing an order!
Employee already seems annoyed in the early morning, goal- and problem-oriented work is not wanted in my opinion.
The specific question about the processing status of the license plates remained unanswered. All in all it was said: "The homepage would be 2 - 3 days" .. so the license plate should arrive after 2 to 3 days .... but now 4 days have passed ....
Resigned, I thanked me nicely and hung up ... ;-)
