We contacted this company because the mirror had slipped down from a bedroom closet door and broke underneath. I called there and the lady on the phone was super friendly and super nice. She arranged everything so well, super quickly and easily that we are absolutely thrilled with this company. Super fast service, great performance and quality and very, very friendly staff. Always very friendly, also very professional when dealing with complaints. Had problems with the new windows for which the frame manufacturer was responsible. In the end everything was resolved to the satisfaction.
