For two weeks now I have been asking for a call back or am trying to reach an employee there directly. Unfortunately, this is not possible and is really a bad mark in terms of service at a bank. At least I now know that this bank is not a reliable partner for financing, because what begins so badly ..

Because of the new authentication method, I had several questions. Not only was the employee friendly - this should be the standard for any service company, but unfortunately it's not always - he was also highly competent and also consulted on two non-EU overseas referral questions, so took the time to to clarify everything completely and leave me completely satisfied with the bank., for which I have expressly thanked very well, these are really worth 5 stars, I was really impressed and therefore write this comment, which I would not do otherwise!
