Today I received a very nice Christmas present from the Barmer FFB. The following fact: I was unable to work in the first 28 days of a new job (suspected Corona case). In this rare case, the health insurance company will cover the loss of earnings, but it looks like this is not in my case. - my certificate of incapacity for work, which was sent by post, allegedly never arrived. - I was not informed of this. - Only after several calls did I get information about it and see to it that an AU arrives at the health insurance company. - The letter came today that I received after only having called several times. The loss of earnings is not covered. No goodwill despite Corona. I am very disappointed. Up until now I have always been very satisfied, but now I will probably have to change my health insurance. Fürstenfeldbruck is simply CLASS. We help with every request, processing is quick and reliable. The staff at the front desk are super friendly and helpful. Great !!! 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
