The call service of the DAK came to me unfortunately very reserved and unfriendly before also briefly connected. Too bad, as a longtime member of the DAK I would have liked to call with a DAK-employee himself instead of a call service and above all to be treated kindly. In addition, I can not understand why you should answer irrelevant questions for a simple confirmation of membership.

Incompetent would be understated! One can only hope in this "health insurance" never get sick! Each month, afterward, phone calls are exempted from sick pay although attestations are always presented promptly. Since the left does not know what the rights do! Sick pay will be paid if at all weeks too late, although follow-up certificates are already available. No wonder the coffers have all the billion surpluses in such dubious machinations. Can anyone recommend NOT to go to DAK.
