Here, the clocks tick a little slower and I find this positive. You are waiting for something, but for that the person who deals with the concerns is also very relaxed. We have been to other authorities, for example, in Munich and there one waits forever and then has an unnerved person sitting there. Here everything is cozy and I think it's not bad to wait 20 minutes, if the lady always keeps room still wants to finish in peace.
