After we needed 4 appointments before an account could be set up, it was blocked because we moved. The blocking happened promptly, we were not informed. The hotline is not in any branch, so it cannot help. There is no extension. So that it becomes very complicated to unlock. And when in doubt, Corona is to blame for everything. Those who rely on the CoBa are left.

I am a new customer at Comerzbank, so disappointed after only 1 week and 2 phone calls. Untrustworthy bank high 10. Now to the incident, I had a choice between ing & Comerzbank. I chose Comerzbank because of the € 100 starting credit. I use the Comerzbank account as a 2 main account, but based on my current experience I would never use this account as a main account. I use Comerzbank as an online account / reference account for PayPal (online purchases) Since I only pay with a cell phone (Apple Pay). The credit card at Comerzbank unfortunately costs. Therefore, the Giro card has no use in the shop for me. Now I already had some bookings via Paypal and wanted to ask if everything was now fulfilled. Then came yes then no then again yes. All in all I was told it depends on the colleague who worked on it. He can decide for himself. So gamble if you get the € 100, although the participation conditions are clearly defined. Before opening the account, I was clearly told to count payment via PayPal. I would need 5 to fulfill over € 25. (Nothing else) Now after the phone today, I was advised to move my salary account here so that I was more "lucky". I don't think this will happen. (At least not in the near future) So the colleague could not give me confirmation of this, he said it was always up to the processing colleague. A confirmation is therefore not possible. I mean I want to use this account, but not to the full extent as the 1 main account. But still active, for various bookings & increases. Withdrawals after today's phone call do not know if I will continue to do this. Since you are assigned a branch even with an online application, I rate my branch. Here I think the colleague of the branch was on the phone. There would have been no such thing at the DKB ...
