The ATM machine didn't deliver any money but my account was charged. Needed the money that night, caused a lot of trouble. Look for an other bank. Have to wait one week for them to fix their problem

After many really negative experiences I am glad that I could change the branch. Almost every year, the same situation has happened: new counselor / consultant, impersonal counseling, no interest Now I'm in good hands and have only goal-oriented discussions.

In spite of countless calls, it was not possible to apply for "online banking" to reach one of the employees let alone the "contact person" mentioned on the letters. Only when visiting the store I was then promised a timely response. The visit is now two weeks back and it has neither someone reported to me nor does the online banking as desired / promised. To all. Abundance I have now - as a student - received a further increase in the account maintenance fee. Other banks are ahead of you ... I'll change banks in the coming days!

The bank is very correct and everything is correct, BUT I will not recommend this branch to my enemy at all. Communication and reliability equal 0 and as a customer I feel treated like second class. NO appreciation and NO friendly customer service. The contacts rotate so often that you get the feeling that you are in nirvana ...
