Extremely unfriendly staff at the counter, several times no willingness to help, incomprehension, you are simply dumped, left standing stupid, forwarded to endless queues on the phone - customer service looks different! However, there are branches where you can still experience real customer service.

Employees do not communicate with each other and no notes are created, so that the agreements are not changed or are completely incorrectly changed. After the approval of a short-term overdraft facility, this was instead set up - canceled and the liquidity is gone. Solution-oriented cooperation is probably not desired here. I will quit.

29.4.2020 "Corona" has probably attacked the whole bank - important inquiries are neither answered in online banking, nor can the "hotlines" be reached! The display of credit card accounts in online banking disappears etc etc. At least the post works and you can do that by registered mail Cancel account at this bank! 4.6.2020 Error not known ?? Yes, yes ... and the card was not blocked. Of course, do not know anything, understand nothing, do nothing. Then write the next answer to Bafin regarding your strange business transaction. I wish you an instructive round of auditors. Conclusion of my experience-no more "classic" bank with its supply posts and the official mentality associated with it!

Customer grief service After almost 30 years as a customer of Sparda Munich, I will also quit! This is u. a. of the newly introduced fees, although full-bodied promises to not introduce any. The TEO app also does the rest here u. A. also due to the poor evaluation by Stiftung Warentest on the topics of security and data protection! The main reason, however, must be the outrageous and completely inappropriate reaction of the employee Jürgen Sch. Highlight when requesting documents! (O-Ton: You won't get a copy of your documents from me! You have to call in a lawyer and sue Sparda! Etc. ......) From the self-awarded title "1st Public Welfare Bank" you are as far away as the earth from the moon!
