I've never been treated as badly as I am today. I'm really horrified after more than 6 years as a customer. For me it is now clear that I will leave this bank because of this one branch - unfortunately there is nothing more in the city of Munich. Today I came because of a very simple matter and was teased in the most unfriendly way to fill in and do everything myself without explaining anything to me. The lady who received me unexpectedly handed me over to another employee, but instead of focusing on the customer and taking the time, these two talked to each other between my words. And should one entrust money to such people? If you have to invest your money in in-house projects, the employees are all ears, but normal everyday affairs are ruthless. Since the employees said goodbye very quickly, I didn't even have the opportunity to address a broad matter. Very unprofessional, not customer-oriented and everything is just based on handling. In addition, in the 6 years as a customer, I have changed consultants 5 times. I don't think so, even with such a bank. Time for something better. I don't set foot in this branch with such employees except to close the account!
