Have been a PSD bank customer for over 40 years. I made a bridging loan in this branch. I was looked after from start to finish 1a. No matter who I had on the phone from the team, everyone helped me or knew who could help. Can only recommend this branch.

This week I visited the PSD Bank for the first time to do something. I was greeted in a friendly manner by a lady when entering the PSD Bank who gave me courteous and professional advice. When I have something to do again, I'll get advice in the office. Personal contact is simply better if you are given very friendly and competent advice from the staff. Can just be recommended. Service with ❤

I have been a customer for about 10 years and more than disappointed with PSD Bank. I got my purse on 07.12. stolen. Immediately I requested a replacement card. Today is the 21.12 and I have not received a replacement card until now. It's just before Christmas and I'm really in the fix. It is not told where the map is and how you can help me. Get with each call different information, was sent to a branch to withdraw money with ID even though this is not possible there. I have asked several times !! From my distress I had to initiate a flash transfer which of course costs 15 € and the replacement card 10 €. I am really shocked by the extremely bad and unfriendly service and will immediately change bank in the new year.

The staff at this branch are extremely friendly - especially the nice lady at the front desk is very helpful and patient. I like to go here because as a customer you are treated really respectfully and fairly. Keep it up!
