The ATM inside the Sparda bank ate my ATM card. I asked the bank people inside for help, but they didnt lift a finger to get it back. I called visa who told me there was no reason for the ATM machine to keep my card. So this bank stole my ATM card. Stay away from this place, unless you want your vacation ruined.

It used to be a great bank. It doesn't quite seem to be the case anymore.

It goes to a machine to take off, from formerly six terminals. The whole room looks like a dump. Per: Wanted or not, the branch office is open 24/7. Probably the door is broken and they want to save the cost of repair. The opening hours on the door say something different anyway. Funny: Two of the terminals show a windows xp interface and another program code is open Now seriously, since every machine inserted in the wall is better and more hygienic. You have to imagine that this was a bank for railway workers.

As a train driver I find this bank more and more than NoGo ... ATMs with opening hours until 22 o'clock? Nowhere can I get money without fees. Either there are no Sparda ATMs at stations because saved ... Looks like service ... No without me and I will change.

Find the really stupid that the counter has made dense, in such a convenient and frequented place that is easily accessible to everyone, here have all done my banking. Now it's rumgurken again. Be it in Ingolstadt or Munich. The opening hours is on the one hand understandable, who wanted to get money in the morning by 6 times and had to pave his way through piss and puke and in the worst case still had to rise over sleeping homeless, knows what I'm talking about. Of course, this is not a good advertisement for a bank. Not to mention the cleaning costs. On the other hand, it must be a solution ago, for example, you have access only with your own card as in the past, anyway, you have to somehow toll free around the clock to get money. For example, I am neither a friend of card payments nor of online banking. And by such measures to be "forced" to be, I think the wrong way. In general, it would not be bad to provide more vending machines, especially in rural areas there are far and wide nothing. Now that you can not get anything free at Postbank, alternatives would not be bad. The cash pool is a joke, so there is almost no choice, if then you go forever. I have been a customer for more than 20 years and have always been very satisfied, but unfortunately I find out now that the Sparda is becoming more and more a backwoods bank. I do not want to insult anyone, but unfortunately, this impression is slowly arising. Please question your concept of where you want to go or what you want to achieve. In the long run you will be less likely to be a customer than a customer. Hope somebody takes it to heart and it gets better soon, would be very desirable. Would really like to stay a customer.
