I would rather not comment on it, otherwise my bile will still come up after almost four years! Time doesn't heal wounds ... and by that I don't ONLY mean mourning my father!

There is no way I can recommend this company. Unfortunately nothing works here, not even songs can be passed on correctly. The staff is very unfriendly and technically very bad. Unfortunately, the lady made a lot of mistakes, I think partly on purpose. Mails are written that are full of errors. The urn was completely scratched and damaged. I have never seen such a disrespectful and unworthy funeral. Services that have not been used will be charged. Communication is very difficult as there is no response to inquiries for a long time. I can only advise against this company to avoid trouble. This company does not know about data protection either - third-party data is sent by email.

Just sad .. Wrong date of birth on the urn! When I went through the documents again at home, I noticed that the date of birth was wrong and called them again to have it corrected. Has apparently brought nothing.

I can only agree with the writer Tom Ba and his assessment. Despite a lengthy explanation from the clerk, I was also told about the unwanted coffin equipment (pillows and blankets) which are not part of the mandatory equipment and which expressly corresponded to my mother's request. She had shown understanding and conveyed to me the drinkable pad would be mandatory and I had to take it, ok. In the invoice I then see that costs for the coffin equipment of € 99 have been charged. When I asked me over the phone, the clerk pointed out that this equipment is standard at her institute, on the other hand, the conversation would have ended for her from there and the order would not have come off that way. But she didn't tell me about this when I placed the order. She then immediately forwarded me to the billing department. The clerk in charge made me understand that I would have got a very cheap coffin for the cremation, which I would not get anywhere else and which I should be satisfied with, and it would be right in the sense of piety. Incidentally, my mother's ashes were sent to Groebenzell town hall by POST. So much for piety. Besides, I would have signed the application and accepted it. What I find extremely reprehensible is that a relative of the has lost his mother and is emotionally in a state of emergency and trusting a negotiated agreement, but something is attached and presented for signature. My advice, should you still give the institute an assignment, don't go there alone and read through the assignment twice to ensure it is correct.

It's a shame - a private company would certainly be bankrupt.
