Very friendly staff, the interior is very nice and also bright. You feel a bit strange at first, but that goes away with time. The advice was very detailed, everything was explained to us in detail and we also took our time. You had enough time to think about the funeral and could think carefully about what you wanted. The packages are very well put together and cost more depending on the extras. We found a good average, as there were also restrictions due to Corona. You can still be satisfied all round. The funeral was beautiful and nothing was missing. Keep it up.

The grief agency Denk organized my grandmother's funeral and I am very grateful for everything. Especially in times with Corona, where you also have to comply with guidelines and specifications, I would probably have been very lost without support. It was my first funeral that I had to organize and I didn't know what to do. The bereavement service took care of almost everything, especially the official procedures, which would have been the hardest, were carried out professionally. The funeral was wonderful and I can't say thank you enough. Thanks for the support.

From the first consultation to the funeral, everything was professional. The advice was very detailed. Every point to be considered has been explained. Since the deceased had to be transferred, additional effort was added. But what was also done without problems, quickly and reliably, and also carried out.
