Mr. Karl Denk 's name was given to me from the US Consulate Office in Munich. It was an outstanding recommendation. My husband Tony died suddenly while on a trip. We did not expect this. Mr. Denk was extremely professional and handled this difficult time in my family's life excellently. He was able to arrange the entire burial process with our local Funeral Home in Marion, Illinois. The funeral process in Germany, the interface with the Consulate in order to obtain an international death certificate, and the air transportation to the United States went smoothly. Additionally, he was very kind and considerate to myself, and my Grandson who accompanied me. Since my German language skills are almost non-existent it helped my Grandson and I that Karl spoke excellent English.
Excellent, friendly and very human support and competent advice from Ms. Nothdurft. She found good communication with us during the difficult times.

The Karl Albert Denk company accompanied us at the second funeral. The advice was very competent. The implementation of the funeral went smoothly.
Absolutely bad experience. My father wanted to find out about prices in advance and was given a contract to sign. When I submitted the revocation of this contract there, I was told that they don't need such people anyway .... I would not send older insecure people there alone for a consultation !!!
