In difficult times, it is important to have someone to talk to for the funeral. Mourning help Denk was such a partner who clothed us from start to finish and always answered open questions. We felt that we were in good hands and were very happy to have had this institution. The ceremony was very well prepared and beautiful.

The staff were always very friendly and not mediated to us just want to sell something to feel. The prices have been perfectly fine. Losing a person is never easy, but planning their funeral is another matter. There is so much emotion involved that you can hardly do it without help. In Grief Help Denk I received this help and support. I am very grateful for that. I am grateful that everything went very well and that almost everything is taken care of there, dealing with authorities that I would not have been able to do easily. The funeral was as requested and attempts were made to implement the last wishes. I am very grateful to you for the friendly advice and the excellent service.

We are glad that the funeral took place before the second lockdown and that some more family members and friends were able to come. The funeral services had a premonition of the second lockdown and had done everything to ensure that the funeral service could take place before that. We are very grateful.
