Hello Mr. Ziegert, Enclosed my sincerest thanks, also in the name of my mother and my brothers for your human, dignified and professional burial of my husband along with all the necessary formalities. Through your very patient, unobtrusive and sensitive way, you and my very sensitive mother, but also us all could make the farewell much easier. You can tell immediately that here is a professional at work, which will do justice to the occasion and brings in very good and innovative ideas, thereby facilitating the beginning of grief work. Their presence before, especially during and after the funeral were helpful and gave all participants the feeling of security in this strange situation of saying farewell to a loved one. After the rumor that "all private undertakers are more expensive than urban ones" was refuted by the counter offer from Mr. Ziegert, my mother and I decided in favor of Angeli's funerals. Mr. Ziegert responded to our wishes, gave us meaningful and fair tips that helped us a lot. We thought about what to write on the ribbons for a long time. Mr. Ziegert had the most accurate solution within 10 seconds. My mother and I were speechless. We commissioned a little more decoration and received a decoration that was very tasteful and not excessive. He fulfilled all our wishes without exception and to our complete satisfaction, but kept us from some nonsensical ones, for which we are thankful in retrospect. Mr. Ziegert simply has experience and you should trust him. Dear Mr. Ziegert, we were definitely not easy customers. Thank you for being patient with us and making such a venerable and beautiful funeral for my grandma!
