I contacted Patrick for a private health insurance consultation because of the very positive Google ratings and I have to say this decision was absolutely the right one! For Patrick, customer satisfaction is noticeably in the foreground - here you never feel as if something is being “sold” to you that you don't need. Unfortunately, I've also met completely different consultants here in the industry. Patrick took a lot of time for the consultation, prepared the discussions very well and answered my questions, some of which were detailed, very competently. In 2016 I met Mr. Patrick Eisel, who took over the district in Steinau. About Mr. Eisel can I can only say the following, you won't find such a great insurance agent anywhere, because there is only one. Mr. Eisel takes care of his customers, he is always available, whether by cell phone or email, if he is unavailable he calls quickly Mr. Eisel is always trying to find a correct solution no matter what insurance it is. He is always there to help and advise. I can only recommend Mr. Eisel and hope that he stays with ERGO Insurance for a long time. Before Mr. Eisel, I also met Mr. Martin Adrian, who was also a good insurance advisor I always hope that Mr. Eisel will remain my insurance advisor for a long time, because I have never met someone like him (except for Mr. Martin Adrian) who is really there for his customers in his job and for everything finds a solution no matter what it is. Now Mr. Eisel has unfortunately taken over the district in Munich, but he is still responsible for me and I think that's really great because I don't want to get to know a new insurance advisor anymore If things go as well as Mr. Eisel then you should also write about it and not just award stars.
