Don't understand the reviews here, you can call in peace and without worries, sometimes you have to wait. They give great information and always help you. If someone answers the phone in a bad mood, then you can imagine that they only get complaints and hate calls all day, you can see in the reviews here how loaded the people are. If the processor then sees that the problem can be defined, they always work on a solution. I don't even want to know how many people are calling and haven't thought about what they actually need for a second. Do not approach the matter biased, then everyone gets what they want.

Madness! It doesn't matter whether they are on or open. You just can't reach anyone here. If it should be the case, I have never experienced anything unfriendly. The tax office should think about hiring competent people.
