Just bad! People who work there are rude, there are no waiting times on the phone, or no one answers. This is really not acceptable to an authority.

Catastrophic! I tried to call between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. Either these people are in deep sleep or they don't feel like using the phone. An intolerable condition.

So I can not say anything negative ... By e-mail always friendly and competent at the start! The ladies, who have been dealing with my case for 2 years, always answered or wrote the same ... All I can say is; *Everything alright!*

You can't get any further in person or by phone. Insanely long waiting loop on the phone almost an hour! It means after making personal contact you will be called but nothing happens! I don't even know what else I can do 🤔
