I had a really nice and competent man on the phone! He tried very hard and I didn't even have to wait a minute until I had someone on the phone. Very incompetent staff. Returning from the risk area and through all these regulations and thousands of PCR tests that you then have to do and have to prove, you naturally have questions and want to clarify yourself what you have to do and not do. Someone who just throws the statement "It's all on the Internet" and hopes that you just hang up and never call again should definitely not work here. Especially at this time when you simply have unanswered questions, there should be hotlines where you can call and clarify these questions. Apart from the fact that the colleague on the phone said that I only have to prove a test within 5 days to shorten the 10 days to 5 and I don't have to prove another test within 72 hours, this is simply incorrect information. 1 star from me. If I could, it would be 0 stars.

the answers to my questions were friendly, competent, comprehensive and well structured. All of this in the morning at 9:30 a.m., waiting time on the phone 5 minutes. Hats off, great performance! Thanks.

I cannot confirm the negative rating, I got all the information right after the holidays, within 24 hours I had an email and a phone call with all the information. The man on the phone was friendly and helpful. And also the lack of availability was not so for me, within 2 minutes my request was settled.

Upon request, I was informed by the office, with reference to data protection, that everything was in order. For me a cheek: Bayern Munich can play football after a corona case and normal citizens have to be in quarantine for 14 days, even if the test is negative. No wonder when people in Germany no longer have confidence in politics and the like. A real tragedy and further proof of the power of money.
