A disaster. I haven't been able to reach anyone by phone for the last THREE WEEKS. As if that wasn't bad enough, I got an automatic response to my emails that they were supposedly meaningless ... I find it scandalous that a country like Germany, where the tax office is so important, is so incredibly bad Communication prevails .... I hope someone reads this and thinks the whole time
