They don't pick up the phone...ever!

A cheek can be reached by phone Mon-Thurs from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and then you have been trying to call there for hours. Unsuccessful until now! You're constantly being pushed away. If you call the operator again then you get snapped at. How about a queue for people trying to get through? And employees who are appropriately motivated to work, who know how to use their choice of words and tone.

Something cheeky ... There are not even third world countries. After I asked the officer on the phone quite simple question, I got an answer: "So what do you want from me now?". You are treated like the last bum!

So that can't be since this morning I have been calling and you only answered the phone once and gave me a number that I should call. This number has been busy since 09:00 That can't be what work there for people our state should keep an eye on this job what's going on there !!!
