No service at all, since there customer center is not able to be reached or react to any email. They're very quick in sending payment reminders, but wouldn't offer any help on even the easiest support requests. Weird they can survive with this non-quality, but it seems they're too big to fail.

Now I have to get rid of something: You can always be reached easily on the phone. No matter why, I was always helped very quickly. Otherwise everything works out fine - and if something doesn't work, a quick phone call is enough. That really cannot be taken for granted.

Welcome to the office! You can give a star for good telephone availability. Unfortunately, the friendly staff cannot help with contract questions on the phone. Please send them again by email. However, emails are not answered. The processing time tops every authority, months passed from the application for delivery to the sending of a contract. However, the terms in the contract did not match the services advertised by SWM. Mistakes can always happen once, but are generally not admitted. Others are always to blame (the previous supplier, the online comparison portal, the customer himself). If you want to save yourself a lot of time and trouble, keep your hands off SWM. Better to choose another supplier who is still interested in new customers and does not treat them as supplicants.
